25 years at Stenson

The covered paint workshop in the marina is heated to provide conditions recommended by the major marine paint manufacturers for application of marien paint systems.

Boats are carefully prepared prior to applying new paintwork. Areas suffering from heavy corrosion are treated with heavy sanding or grinding as applicable and treated with primers, before applying the base undercoats ready for the gloss top coats.

Various paintwork styles can be chosen from simple single colour cabins with coach line to separate colour cabin panels, borders, coachline and handrails. The work at Stenson is well known for both its traditional styles, with scumbled features and also for some contemporary styles with colour and space co-ordination.
